Craft3 was in need of a website redesign to more clearly communicate with current and future customers. Working with a visual designer and development team our focus was to guide users through the site with emotionally engaging content driven by strong visuals, typography and hierarchy. We provided Craft3 with simplified navigation, content hierarchy, and a way to tell their story across multiple devices.
Craft3 was unable to clearly convey that they were a community development solution through nonprofit lending.
During the research phase we discovered that Craft3's potential customers were not clearly understanding the scope of their community impact. To draw attention to this we restructured their website to showcase stories and greater impacts in northwest communites. We were also able to simplify the application process and reach a wider audience.
